Whole of Government Analytics
WOGAA (Whole of Government Application Analytics) is a centralised, internet-facing government platform to analyse and improve digital services. WOGAA tracking has already been integrated into Isomer with no additional implementation required.
What you need to do next is to register your digital service (website) on WOGAA platform.
Once logged in, navigate to Manage Service and click on the Add Service button on the top right-hand corner to get started.
Click on Informational Service (Website/e-Services Portal) to register your Isomer Website.

Read and follow the instruction on screen to complete the registration of your Informational Service.
Note: You are encouraged to have registered your new system with Digital Governance Platform beforehand. However, you may still proceed with adding your Informational Service (IS) on WOGAA and add the ICT System information at a later date.

Upon successful registration of the informational service, you will be able to see the entry reflected under Manage Service with a Blue Tick.
Setting up Sentiments
Sentiments is a tool for you to quickly gather feedback about your site from your visitors.
To set up sentiments, go to Manage Services on your WOGAA portal and select Manage Sentiments. Follow the step-by-step guide on the portal, you should be able to set it up with a quick toggle of a button.
Click on the toggle under Status to enable sentiments on your website. Additionally, you may customise the look and position of the widget inside Configure as well.
